Who we are
Samac Consulting is a marketing and AI consultancy based in Ireland, operated by John Robinson. You can contact us at hello@samac.ie.
What we collect and why
Contact form— Your name, email, and message. Used only to respond to your enquiry.
AI Readiness Score— Your email address (if you opt in for a 90-day reminder). Used only to send that reminder. Your quiz answers are not stored on our servers.
Distillery Map submissions— Distillery details and your email (optional). Used to review and publish your submission and to follow up if we have questions.
Discovery questionnaire— Business details you share for a consulting conversation. Used only to prepare for that conversation.
How we process your data
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their servers are in the United States and they maintain standard contractual clauses for EU-US data transfers.
We do not use cookies for tracking. If Vercel Analytics is enabled, it collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data with no personal identifiers.
How long we keep your data
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil the purpose described above, then delete them. We do not build marketing lists from form submissions unless you explicitly opt in.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@samac.ie and we will respond within 30 days.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third-party services that handle your data are:
- Formspree (form processing)
- Vercel (site hosting)
- Mapbox (map rendering — no personal data shared)

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
